A native New Mexican, I've always enjoyed living in the west.  My new western romance, The Price Of Pride is set in the beautiful Sange de Cristo Mountains north of Santa Fe.  My husband and I have traveled many miles on horseback through these mountains, and I recommend you visit my website for a link designed to explore New Mexico.  Horses have been a major part of my life and have inspired me to include one or two special animals in each of my books.  After all, what's a cowboy without his horse?  Mine are pictured on my website. I've enjoyed many years of raising and training Arabian horses with my husband and two children.  I was taught at an early age the skill of hand gunning and I also enjoy archery and knife throwing, although I don't usually hit what I'm aiming at.  Having taught young students horsemanship and riding skills, my experience with horses adds to the authentic flavor of my books.  I've previous published four historical romances. 

So far I've published three medieval historical romances and two western historical romances. My latest contemporary romance placed fourth in the Great Beginnings Contest and will soon be ready to submit to editors.
