Anthony Wynn served on active duty in the United States Air Force, including tours of duty with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) in Belgium and Operation Desert Storm in Saudi Arabia. He also served as Wing Historian for the 939th Rescue Wing of the U.S. Air Force Reserve. During this period, Anthony's interest in writing began to bloom as editor of two periodicals, and his first professional article (an interview with actor Martin Landau) was published in SFTV magazine. He has gone on to co-write the books "Two for the Road", "The Wit and Wisdom of Barry Morse", "Pulling Faces, Making Noises", "Merely Players - The Scripts", "Stories of the Theatre", and "Remember With Advantages". His book "Conversations at Warp Speed" was published by BearManor Media and contains a selection of interviews with actors and others associated with "Star Trek". His two-act drama, the stage play "Bernard and Bosie: A Most Unlikely Friendship", based on the correspondence between George Bernard Shaw and Lord Alfred 'Bosie' Douglas, has been performed in London, New York, Florida, and Kentucky. With Robert E. Wood he also co-wrote the play "Two for the Road: An Actor's Love Story.
