I am motivated by the Voice for God which is the Holy Spirit and always have been. On the physical side of things, writers like Catherine Ponder, Dr. Emmet Fox, Charles & Myrtle Fillmore, Dr. Ernest Holmes, Prentiss Mulford, George S. Clason, Patricia Diane Cota-Robles, Dr. Wayne Dyer and related authors have inspired me. As I mentioned in my book, Super Vita-Minds' and in the latest one, The Only Way Out Is In: The Secrets of The 14 Realms to Love, Happiness & Success, thoughts are our inherited gifts to make the Word (our thoughts) flesh (manifestation out of the ethers) before our eyes. Thoughts are things.  They are energized thought forms which become manifested because of all that we believe in strongly, whether "good or bad", "right or wrong" for us.  In true reality, there is no right or wrong, good or bad except how we perceive things.  Whatever action we take as the result of the thought form entertained, it always leads us to our desired state, condition or consciousness where we learn the lessons we have chosen to learn.  We are always brought back to our God Source, our Center our true reality - one of  knowing we are Love, Loved and Loving. 

I am an author of both adult and children's metaphysical books, a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner, Certified Reiki Master Teacher, Rebirther, Spiritual Intuitive, Spiritual Counselor and Ordained Unity Minister. I have received several musical awards and nominations for songwriting and performances with my husband Chris as AKA Level Seven. I have taught over 2,000 hrs of Hatha Yoga and I am a Registered Yoga Alliance Level 500 Instructor.
