Information
I started travelling about 20 years ago, with no intention of becoming a travel writer. However, a near-fatal accident changed the course of my life, ultimately leading me to establish Gringo Latino Books and publish Half-Time: the story of my accident combined with many tales of my adventures around the globe.
Accomplishments
I have won the monthly short story competition on the travel website: www.worldsurface.com twice with stories taken from my book Half-Time, one about my time in Jamaica and another about an incident at the border crossing from El Salvador into Guatemala.
