Initially trained at the Security Police Academy, Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas, Michael Oden has been involved with security on many different levels spanning several decades in locations all over the world.    From his first duty, three-year assignment at Wheeler AFB in Wahiawa, Hawaii to finalizing his Air Force career at Offutt AFB in Omaha, Nebraska, Michael is no stranger to security measures and how the public is impacted.      Michael furthered his security specialist skills by working in a variety of capacities, including the following positions:    Security Guard Loss Prevention Detective Security Police Officer Force Protection Officer Security Consultant     Michael’s position as Force Protection Officer took place in Kuwait and served to protect U.S. troops who entered and departed the vulnerable region.  A “front row seat” afforded Michael the opportunity to learn security at its best and worst.       After returning from Kuwait, Michael resumed his career as Loss Prevention Detective and finally, Security Consultant.      Michael prides himself as a true security specialist, having seen firsthand what most would never dream exists.  Observe and Report, modestly titled, is an eye-opening revelation of security systems, the real world, and how our everyday lives are affected.      For more information about Michael Oden, to order a copy of Observe and Report, or general questions about security, please contact the author.  http://www.observeandreport.net/contact.html
