Hello everyone. I began writing The Lunacy Machine when I realized that writing a novel was completely out of my reach. You see, ever since I was young, I have had a disability which kept me from remembering and understanding what I have read in books, therefore, I have NEVER read a book cover to cover in my life. The doctor said that it came from me not wanting to listen or remember. Books bore me! Not one has kept my attention. For a very long time, I was unable to continue with my dream of becoming a well-known horror author until about 8 years ago when I decided to write something in a way that no other author has done. I would write short, twisted tales, that I couldn't finish earlier, and I would do it in poetic form, and they would all rhyme! Furthermore, I would have a picture for every story, and on top of that, I would have some of the stories relate with one another. The stories took off and I hired an artist in 2005 to draw the pictures. The book was accepted through a traditional publisher, but in the end, I decided that I could do more with The Lunacy Machine if I wasn't under any pressure with a major publisher. Now, The Lunacy Machine has arrived at Amazon.com, borders.com, as well as other online stores. I get about 150 messages every day from around the world informing me of their experience with The Lunacy Machine, and I would love to hear from all of you.
