Brenda Geiger is the founder of Geiger Law Office, P.C. She earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of San Diego and graduated with a JD degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. While attending USD School of Law, she was invited to be a member of the San Diego International Law Journal where she was selected to serve as an editor after publishing her first scholarly law journal article.  Upon graduation from law school, she worked as a counsel for two prestigious law firms. Today, Brenda's Carlsbad practice focuses exclusively on estate planning, trust and estate administration, business succession planning, asset protection, corporate formation and business planning.  When Brenda is not busy with her professional commitments, she is busy with her husband and two young children. Being a mother herself, Brenda recognized a great need to plan for the future for your loved ones and to ensure that you are protecting their future as much as possible. 

Brenda is licensed to participate law in all California Courts and the Ninth District Federal Court.
