Homer's Ill Iliad & Odd Sea Odyssey (420 pages) is an adult satire/parody rewrite of the classic stories of the 10 year Trojan War and of the 10 year adventure of Odysseus trying to return home to his native Ithaca.
The songs and art in this book are about our collective emergence after the pandemic and trauma of the last few years - comprised of 5 collections: World as Refuge, Where We Live, In Our Hands, Rhythms of Change and What We See & Sow.
I am a artist/poet who lives in Detroit, Michigan. I have a love of the city that is greatly attributable to the many relationships that I have developed over the years. I write about love and I am blessed by the work. I have an extended stay in Alamo, Ga. again I am involved in write or make. But God knows it is work.
