Education: Masters in Public Administration, BA in History from Southwest Texas State University. Military Service: 1984 to 1988, I served as an M-60 machine gunner in the Marine Corps Reserve. From 1988 to 1991 and 1996 to 1998, I served in the Army Reserve and Texas Army National Guard as a Chemical Defense Specialist.
