About Jerrimiah Stonecastle:          He was born and raised in the slums of New York City. He was raised by a single mom who, after being abandoned by her husband with three children and one on the way, took a job as a teacher's aid for the NYC Public Schools. She knew if she wanted her children to have a future she had to move beyond her high school education. She took courses at night while working full time and raising her family. She earned her Masters in early childhoood developement.          Jerrimiah attended prestigious Power Memorial Academy for Boys, the alma mater for NBA Hall of Famer, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. To help his struggling mom pay for his private education, Jerrimiah worked full time after school. He was offered a full scholarship to Concordia University which he declined to attend a midwest college.           He left after two semesters to enlisted in the U.S. Army Medical Corps. He returned to New York three years later and landed a position at the New York City Chief Medical Examiners Office. In 2002 he retired from Civil Service and relocated to Florida.        It was there he re-ignited his passion for writing. After hundreds of rejections he decided to self publish his first book in 2013 after reading Amanda Hocking's story. In 2016 he formed his own intellectual factory, Stonecastle Publications and has self published three more books.
