A Marine Gunnery Sgt kills a jealous husband in a bar. It's self defense but the evidence proving it disappears with the help of the Klu Klux Klan.
They made a big mistake putting an animal in a prison full of killers.
All Master Gunnery Sergeant John "Bear" Walker wanted to do was to celebrate his return from three tours overseas with his fellow marine and childhood best friend, Michael Green. But a jealous husband, a loose wife, and a group of skinheads made a quiet night of revelry at the Boars Head Tavern turn into a blood bath.
John might have won the battle that night, but he now finds himself in the fight for his life.
Excerpt
“911, where is your emergency?” the operator asked.
“At the Boar’s Head Tavern, 706 Jonesville Road,” yelled Greasy. “Hurry up; they’re tearing up my bar.”
Greasy, the Boars Head Tavern owner, was standing behind the bar when John picked up Stackhouse and tossed him in his direction. Greasy narrowly jumped out of the way as he slammed into the liquor bottles.
“Motherfucker,” Greasy yelled, and ran toward the back of the bar where his office was.
Michael was holding his own against Pete, thanks to his four years of MMA backyard style grappling skills. Pete was trying to break free of the leg scissor lock around his neck before he passed out. He didn’t make it.
Bo was the first one knocked out after John slapped Stan out of the way. The chair Bo picked up and smashed over John’s head, splintered into pieces with no apparent effect on him. It only took one punch from John’s massive fist to send the tub of lard to la-la land.
During the mayhem, John didn’t hear Stan opening the switchblade knife he always kept in his right boot. If Lisa had not screamed as Stan lunged at John, he would have stuck the blade in his liver. With the reflexes of a combat expert, John grabbed Stan’s wrist with the knife, who let out a scream as his wrist bones began to fracture. Enraged by the cowardly act, John was not aware of how hard he punched him until he heard his neck snap.
“Stan!” Lisa screamed, running over to her husband’s convulsing body.
