I've written stories since the age of seven and after completing a performing arts degree specialising in music (mainly piano) and drama, I set up 'Mysterious Books' in 2005. My books are available in print or as eBooks for download at Amazon. The stories are based around Peter Black's family and school life but he and his brother get into increasing states of high adventure and trouble. They're great fun to write and receive positive feedback from all walks of life, especially the 8 to 16 age group.  I also write a poem every day and post to various places online. These poems are mainly intended to be positive and uplifting, although sometimes I touch on darker subjects as well. I write and post a new poem online every day. My next writing goal is to complete a psychological thriller novel for adults. 

I'm grade 8 piano and have BA Hons degree in performing arts. I've been a TV extra working with Peter Kay and John Hannah. I've had various poems and a short story published, and have self-published my Peter Black series under my 'Mysterious Books' publishing.
