As a poet, I am initiating an American tradition which finds most of its influence in Europe. From the twentieth century, Yeats and Eliot, from the nineteenth century the major Romantics (Byron, Keats, Shelley, Wordsworth), and before them Milton, Shakespeare, and Donne. Where my encounters with philosophy are concerned, the discourses of the Deconstructionists lead back to Heidegger, and behind him German Idealists Kant and Schopenhauer. I have published six print books: "Opera Bufa" (Otoliths, 2007), "When You Bit..." (Otoliths, 2008), "Chimes" (Blazevox, 2009), "Apparition Poems" (Blazevox, 2010), and "Cheltenham" (Blazevox, 2012). "Beams," originally a Blazevox e-book from 2007, was released in print by Human Touch in 2011. My e-books include "Posit" (Dusie Press, 2007), "Mother Earth" (The Argotist Online, 2011), and "Disturb the Universe: The Collected Essays of Adam Fieled" (The Argotist Online, 2010). In addition, I have a locked-in archive account on Internet Archive as of 2014, with all my book pdfs and others such as "Space Between," "Critial Writing on Adam Fieled 2006-2012," and "Shadows Numberless: Four Collections of Critical Material by Adam Fieled." Aside from an individual author's page on PennSound, I have been a University Fellow at Temple University in Philadelphia and am a magna culm laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
