My first recollection of reading was Lucy Walker. Her stories were based in the Australian outback. At the time I lived on the copper mines in Rhodesia and from what I can remember I was enthralled in her books and would save my pennies to buy her books - second hand. My mother told we that at the age of five I wrote my first book. OK, so no-one could understand what I had written, but my mom said she understood every squiggle. I have continued to write for my own pleasure. I write about my dreams, funny incidents and people that fascinate me. I hope my first story will bring pleasure to you should you read it.

I was a member of the SAWC (South African Writers' Circle) for over ten years. For a year I was competitions manager,I completed writing courses, lectures, workshops and writing competitions. My first novel Cupid's Arrow has just been published.
