Information
I grew up reading Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and H.G Wells. The Lost World by Doyle and The Time Machine by Wells are my favourite books. I would say these two authors were a major influence on my writing. I also loved watching old movies when I was a kid. I loved The Third Man with Joseph cotton and Orson Welles. I also loved watching old noir movies like Detour. I'm pretty sure these films had a strong influence on my writing. I'm a big fan of Dashiell Hammett too. I've read all his books. I'm very fond of his short stories. The Big Knockover and Other Stories is wonderful. I also enjoy reading horror. Edgar Allen Poe and Clive Barker had a big influence on me during my teens and earlry twenties.
