Information
I am a Kamilaroi man, removed from my family at age 6. I was diagnosed with having multiple personality disorder and bipolarism.I believe this was due to my childhood traumas. As I boy I rarely spoke, and yet i constantly sang and this was the beginning of my roots with poetry. I had little schooling but late in my life I have rectified that and am now studying to complete my diploma in Aboriginal studies.I have written poetry almost every day of my life. It speaks to me so much more than story, though I enjoy writing stories as well. poetry to me is pictures painted with words.Each moment of my day my every thought dances to a melody of prose, indeed I often feel that all my poetry is in fact one long poetic saga that i merely write glimpses of down, extracting samples of what seems a lifetimes endless poem.I think in rhyme and convert it to ordinary words yet still within my mind it remains...an endless song...

My main achievment is surviving....and my children. I have completed a tertiary education certificate and soon hope to complete my Diploma of Aboriginal Studies.
