I am a Kamilaroi man, removed from my family at age 6. I was diagnosed with having multiple personality disorder and bipolarism.I believe this was due to my childhood traumas. As I boy I rarely spoke, and yet i constantly sang and this was the beginning of my roots with poetry. I had little schooling but late in my life I have rectified that and am now studying to complete my diploma in Aboriginal studies.I have written poetry almost every day of my life.
