Kimberly Coghlan lives in Mississippi with her husband and two dogs. She is very passionate about defending civil rights and hopes to play a part in restructuring Mississippi's image. Kimberly has an MA in English from Mississippi State University, and she started her career as a high school English teacher. "Teaching is such a difficult job," she relates. "I have so much respect for teachers. Teachers are educators, counselors, and bookkeepers. I learned so much as a teacher."
