I write to tell the story of my family history, I add fictionalized accounts of the events around the facts I have. I think there is nothing more interesting than what has happened. I started writing in college [UC Berkeley]when challenged by my English 1B professor; his challenge was to express my thoughts, my knowledge, my opinions so others would understand.
