  My heart touches fantasy
Even as my mind sees reality
I luxuriate in the identity of both
I have a carnal need to feed on the fantasy
To make real all images that float
through my mind
I indulge in the pure sweetness of the one
image I isolate to itself
It's total carnage,
Sexuality in form to savor
My longing brings to life this picture
of sensuality into flesh

I wait for thee
For the harmony our
union would bring
The solidarity of your form
Muscle and physic in contrast
to gentleness and care
Your touch will electrify my cold flesh
I wait for thee
I long to delight in the feel of you
To run my fingers through your
luxurious long hair
Caress your well formed flesh

When wilt thou come to me
Bring to me the love and harmony
For our minds and hearts to sing in unison
We could create a symphony
with our own music from the heart
We would sing of our peace and oneness
Soar on wings of love
Lie in fields of green in one another's arms
When wilt thou come to me
So that I may relish in your care

People wait their whole lives to explore
this need for unity
To identify with another in heart and mind
Look into another's eyes and
see their own benevolence
Experience the look of need
and want reciprocated
Darling, My love, I wait for thee
To share with me your soul
To bring to my life your eternal being
Fill your image with flesh

If I close my eyes
I see you, sure and complete
Holding out your hand
Reaching for me, absorbing me
With a look born of pure love
I will take it my love.....
I will travel the endless skies
and waters with you
Explore all that life has to offer at your side
As long as my fantasy breaths lifes breath and
your image has form to share in the symphony.......

Your poetry reminds me of "How do I love thee, let me count the ways." Perhaps, instead of Rhonda, your name is Elizabeth? Your work is stunning. ~~Bonnie Q
