Michael and I are two peas in a pod.
Mother and son by the grace of God.
In both directions our love gently flows
like the sunshine and rain that forms rainbows.
We look a the world through one set of eyes
delighting in mountains and dark stary skies.
Joy we can find in the smallest of things
like butterfly's shispers and the song a robin sings.
Words are my forte, drawing his gift,
each of us using our talent to lift
the spirits of all those who we know
spreading beauty and cheer as we gently go
through this life day after day.
We do it because we know no other way
to be who we are, who we're meant to be,
and to show the world the beauty we see.
