The Morning Light

Through another night of Darkness, I lay awake and think

what happened to our love, why are we out of sync?

Our days were filled with passion, how could we not know

the time would come for settling in and we would lose the flow.

Then I would  find distraction , to rekindle and ignite

a flame that would keep us warm for yet another night.

And so we play the game of life, until one of us breaks,

and starts to listen to Gods words of how to stop this ache.

“Confusion leads to drama, and then Heart aches on the way,

Come to terms with who You are, and chose that path today.

Listen to what your Soul knows, and walk with me this night

 Love & Peace I promise you,  in the morning light.”
