It is of course a relative value. And I would certainly feel ashamed if personal worth were not valued more than the measure, of any relative value of cash. Cash is cheap. Life is priceless. Yes, I do remember the good ole days - now, the price of everything is rising, while our paycheck stays the same: what I bought a year ago for the same amount of money doesn't even come close now. An excellent write, Cynth'ya.

Cynth'ya, heck ya, I remember back then, but the problem is not so much the 'money' itself, as it is what you cannot do as much of as we were once a long time ago.

Some folks may not want to admit it, but I think there is an ever widening gap between the rich and the middle class in America and the middle class is sliding out of sight. Sadly, we allowed our congressional representatives get away with stealing our money.
