On a happy note,
is where I try to float.
On a sad note,
is where I like to miss the boat.
Everyday takes guts,
keeping the mind out of sad ruts.

With so much sad around,
the bad wants to drag down.
Bad just pops up,
tries to make happy corrupt.
Allowing bads intrusion,
causes sads illusion.

Living in a joy castle,
makes life less of a hassle.
Oh, 
the devils goons will attack,
but their effect is less,
when we fight back.
Not accepting the gloom,
helps keep us under joys moon.

Joy shines bright,
it's an alternative to evils fright.
Keeping joy truly is worthwhile,
for it
I'd walk a country mile,
slap the devil in his place,
do almost anything to keep
a happy face.
