It's alright to be grown but I never want to lose the little kid inside, he's my fun ride.
Kids can't wait to be grown, sit on the adult throne. Adults get too grown, never notice until they're too far gone. Kids know the value of play, do it almost everyday. Kids sometimes play too much, at times lose touch.
Adults sometimes forget fun, can't take a kid out of the sun. A kid will fight and kick, then pull a slick trick. Adults give up too soon, become wolf man in the moon.
Wolf man goes on the prowl, every night you can hear him howl. Kids holler and scream, play on the football and baseball team. Sometimes it's more fun being a kid, makes no difference when we're dead.
Nothing wrong in keeping that "kid" feeling inside you. But once grown up, you do require maturity. Victor

ONE POET some excellent thoughts in this we often grow impaient as children to get older and when we are we forget the innocence of fun within our lives.
