Bravo. I love this poem. Reminds me of some of what I've written. Too often we let outsiders determine what goes on inside of us.

I believe that if I don't see what you like shop elsewhere. Why do so many people try to put our writing down? Probably because truth is found and they can't deal with it. But I say, what you see is what you get.

So you stand true to what the pen details, and remember all is well.

My dear *OnePoet, we've all had to start somewhere. Not everyone has the guts to tell the truth about exactly how they began. If they told, it could be brutal. Take my Web Site for example....it's filled with mistakes; but my husband designed it. I love my husband and stand behind him. We've talked and he's now perfecting it. Writing was his worst subject, but like you he's getting much better. I've been singing most of my life, and I thought that singers were brutal with each other. The words, or should I say boo's were awful! BUT NOTHING CAN COMPARE TO THE CRUEL WORDS OF THE WRITER'S!!!!!!!!!!!! It's a bloody shame because so much is destroyed. Truthfully, I come to your site because I read honesty, some laughs,and that's what the world needs more of. I took my first novel A Window in Time to my lawyer who majors in English. I know he found mistakes, but did he say so, or complain? NO!!!!!! In fact he just took Secrets of Rome, and I'll wait for a honest review from my Lawyer. God Bless you my dear friend, love Holly
