As I do my time on this rock, I try to spend it wisely with every tick of the clock. Some fools drive you too hate, but I know of a better state. Pray for the dearly distorted, too God they're already reported.
Too them I ignore, never try a revenge score. I wish them well, cause the devil is waiting in hell. Then I go on living, loving and forgiving. Love is better for the heart, it gives a day a better start.
Tick tock on the cold rock, with the eagles I flock. Can't fly up high off the ground, with hate and stupidity holding you down. Passing time is a lot better, using the love letter. I try not to wish bad on my worst enemy, this evil is just not in me.
I really pray that they would wake up and see the light, being weighted down just isn't right. Life is a lot better traveling light. It's not for the other person, it's for the fool doing the cursing.
Tick tock, I'm on the clock. Love makes me a little warmer on this cold floating rock.
