God don't want us down,
He equiped us with a brain
so we can fly around.
Birds have wings
of all things.
Humans have vision of mind
we can chose to be
loving , mean or kind.

With the right vision in sight,
we can fly in
our dreams at night.
Want to stay on the ground,
just keep negativity around?
Negativity births only nightmare,
positivity takes away
the monsters stare.

Hate

Racism

Stupidity

Jealousy

Envy

Arrogancy

selfishness

&

no faith

any of these,
will leave one rooted to the ground
just like the big earthly trees.
And in combo
one will be out in limbo.
The only way to move a tree,
is to chop it down,
or remove it from the ground.

With the use of the brain,
we can prevent this negative drain.
There are more positive choices,
if we saddle the right horses.
When we chose a better ride,
there's less trip, slip and slide.

I got tired of slip, trip and slide,
when there was a much better ride.
I couldn't ink,
until I found a positive think,
my ship was headed down to sink.
I was too shy,
life was passing me by.
Some of the negative forces
were my riding horses.
I use to despise,
other peoples eyes.

I don't write this as a lesson,
I was about to boil in
the frying oil of Wesson.
I write this as a release,
I enjoy more positive peace.

Neither do I write for advice,
this is my way of
minusing my slice.
Slice of what,
being less of a negative nut?
Poeming helps program my brain,
so I suffer less negative drain.

Let it be no surprise,
I no longer fear
other peoples eyes.
This word came from my brain,
for it I suffer no shame,
it can go back from where it came.
Today it's just evidence instead
that I used my head.
