Controlled by God
of course he made us from sod
Controlled by the devil
manipulated by his evil
Controlled by life
do right or suffer more
misery and strife
Do right suffer anyway
just the price we have to pay
However doing right
makes for a better day
Controlled by verse
poets have a writing curse
But there are things
much worse
Controlled by food
it fills our tummies
and keep us in a better mood
Controlled by sex
we'll never get away from this hex
Controlled by love
it's a continuous push and shove
Controlled by others
fathers, mothers, sisters and brothers
Controlled by beauty
especially mens eyes stay on duty
One of our lovely poetesses
wrote a poem called the "the watcher"
if you can't stand the eyes
get off cyberspace
hide your lovely face
cause the guys are looking
hope none of them are booking
Booking for an unautho appointment
to satisfy a selfish annointment
Controlled by control
something will grip the heart and soul
Then there's superstition
and paranoid suspicion
The world is actually out of control
it's just a matter of time
before it fold
Of course it's been here
thousands of years
So control your fears
Don't waste unecessary tears
