We can't feel good all the time, but it's worth a try, a great feeling is why.
A hanging bottom lip
could be the signs of
a messed up trip
It could reveal saddness
down inside
showing that something
is taking us on a ride
and nothing good
will confide
not even a million dollars
by our side
Feeling good is a
precious icon
to find it may take a
mission of recon
Then the good feelings
still may not respond
Even if we're on vacation
fishing our favorite pond
We can't feel good
all of the time
bad feelings will
always sublime
They will also dominate
if we don't strongly and
wisely discriminate
Then there are the days
when nothing good pays
Feeling good just
simply strays

Understanding your words. Having the bad feelings make the good feelings "feel better" ..but to feel good all the time would seemingly lesson the "Good Felling" when it did arrive
When two men hit the reset button and decide to go out looking for the good in the world, they not only find it but also a lot more.
P.S. The title is listed on Amazon under Look for Something Good by Robert Drews (not by Robert H. Drews)
