The flying tigers of world war two were no tigers or birds, they were men and airplanes using the spirit and strength of the tiger.
Men find ways to fly
we have a facination with
the sky
In this world men compromise
we overcome adapt and improvise
that is if we are wise
Even after we fail from many tries
We'll even fly in disguise
Short of truth and lies
Onepoet flies with word
surely I'm no tiger or bird
I fly the way I can
after all I'm only a man
I'm a man of meat and mass
one day I'll die and pass
Hope my soul will soar
and live forevermore
I have this facination
with my creative imagination
and this poetic relation
It all figures in the equation
As I do the math
big wings cross my path
Them I do borrow
as I take on today and tomorrow
