We all still wish good, even in a bad mood. No matter how many pennies we throw in the wishing well, the devil stills calls us to hell. Shucks, you could throw in a billion bucks, life at times still ucks.
Many of us wish we had
a magical wishing well
but truth is we're all a few
steps from heaven or hell
Depending
on the way we fish our
lives to be ending
All week long I've been
wishing good things
while the bird of prey sings
While I was wishing
I went love fishing
regardless of the bull
love ones were dishing
My platter got served
I ducked dodged and swerved
Ran into some poop
had to grab my scoop
Surely others poop stink
enough to make the eyes blink
but I try to freshen mine up
so my brain will be less corrupt
AND THAT'S THE POINT; NO MATTER HOW BAD IT GETS, WE ALLOW THE 'GOOD' THAT IS ALWAYS PRESENT WITHIN US TO SHINE 'THROUGH' THE BAD...IT IS NOT ALWAYS EASY...BUT WE 'TRY'.
