So what if Adam and Eve messed up
God continued on with creation even
though he knew man was corrupt
He didn't say ok that's it and end the
whole world abrupt

There's no rule in the book that says
anyone has to finish what they start
but one thing is for sure we can't
finish anything unless we start
Some things we get involved in become
too tough and some of us depart
Quite a few might as well get in the
runaway carriage
especially when it comes to love romance
and marriage

Yet we all still get involved
whether or not anything gets solved
I like to finish what I start
but sometimes I do depart
before I really finish
Sometimes I rest and replenish
Then go back and continue again
in life this is the only way to win
