One things for sure
they won't chase us
only fools who want to
fight or curse
or some things worse
Even to get a good meal
we have to make a great deal
Best to pay up not steal
and don't wait for a super thrill
you'll only be facing a cold chill
which might make you ill
Then you'll even have to
go out and get a pill

I wish I could say
the goodies will come and go
but this isn't always so
There'll hardly be any coming
moreso heartbreaks numbing
Go ahead sit and wait
only nothing will dictate
even when trying to find a mate
loneliness will be your fate

Only the best goody chase
will bring the goodies to your face
We can't even have a great time
unless something good sublime
Those who give up and sit
may not ever find it
