Poem Artwork

lately I’ve allowed myself an indulgence
...my eyes close
and I’m there with you
in life first person
walking through the cold
we’re secured by massive mountains
draped in snow
our breath hushed
lest we show too much emotion
you confide in me a joke
and I laugh so hard my sides hurt
until you throw me onto the snow
tickling me through my coat
it feels so good just to touch
where instead of angels
we make love spirals+

What a wonderful poem. You had me there until the last line. I love your work, Sara. Now how do you make love spirals? Obviously I'm out of the loop here. I guess you will just have to explain it to me. We just don't get much snow in Springfield Mo. anymore so I'm at a loss. Thoroughly enjoyed. lol. Let me know about those love spirals. I'm looking for inspiration. Who knows I might get out to Colorado or something and then I would have a chance to make love spirals and wouldn't know how to do it. I'm ashamed of my ignorance here. lol. I guess I could just fake it, but I no longer fake anything in sex. Just the way I am now. hehehehe Liz

Oh, that sounds like so much fun - love spirals. I'll have to wait until it really snows. Until then I'll have some fun in my mind.

God bless you. Kathy

Whatever inspired this; perhaps the snow... or...??? It is beautiful, Sara. Thank you for sharing this gift. Love and best wishes,
