I too have walked this path, my friend.
I too have felt the pain you have felt.
I too have trampled this life, my friend.
I too have shed the tears you have shed.
I too have ventured deeper
into the depths of poverty, my friend.
I too have seen the dearth you have seen.
I too have gulped this coercion, my friend.
I too have heard the shrieks you have heard.
I too have mumbled this song, my friend.
I too have been the singer you have been.
Now, I’m closer to the sky,
but you are yet to stand up and fly.
But yet, I have no complains with life.
I have learned that everything
happens for a reason:
every episode has a purpose,
and every hold-up a lesson.
I have realized that obstacles
are essential to personal expansion,
and there is no glory in death,
so as long as I live,
the personality of life
will dominate me.
“May I give you
one suggestion, my friend?”
No matter what happens,
never regret about your life.
Rather embrace it,
as the teacher that it is.
It would be honoured
to assist you.
in any way that it can.

nobody knows what a person goes through until they have "been there"
and these words tell me,,you have been there, love the picture, it made your words so much more real,,,we are all teachers of the world, but what we teach can only come sometimes to our own personal experiences, that we have walked along our journey in our own shoes, and there are some shoes that I am glad that I have not walked, but sometimes we wish that we could so that we can help those understand better and get thru the hard times,,music I have found is one of the best ways,,,then there is poetry,,very well penned, and it's nice to know someone has been there as we go about our journey in life,,,

Written with true wisdom Bhuwan, may your people be victorious in their struggle toppling the petty dictator Gyanendra and democracy restored, so bellies may be full once again. I know your countries troubles are more complex than what we see on the news and read in the papers but I would like to wish you and the people of your country every success in an uncertain future.
For some, the road of life seems longer and bumpier, Bhuwan. It is good to read you again, welcome back. I stopped in quickly on my way out the door to work but when I saw you had posted, I had to take a moment to read.
