As many of you are probably aware, Australia is in dire straits with the ongoing drought. Our OUTBACK that is the icon of this huge land, is desolate, as are the people, animals and crops. We are suffering terribly under the weight of poverty in the outback, and it just breaks me up to see the enormity of what is happening.
We acknowledge that Our US cuzzies have been and are still suffering too, with other natrual and not so natrual disasters, but if you have the means, or the Know how to get the word, the support out into your communities, please do so, we would be so much indebted to you for any help.

Drought Stricken
In this sunburnt land iconic as the grand canyon down below are crops that do not show the fruit of the labour and of their next door neighbor nor do the cattle or the sheep have enough to eat so their sleep is disturbed night after night whilst the rains have taken flight
The famers suffer long tis a huge weight they carry long families in despair without food or comforting care many have left with naught and are struggling as they aught not to be for their trouble which without rains has become double so if you can lend a hand to help this sunburnt land

The planet is changing everywhere, and there is much suffering on many and disparate levels. I was unaware of the plight of the Australian farmers. America is being inundated with bizarre weather and horrific storms. Time for people to join hands in unity and humility and plead our case with the Most High God. Blessings to you and yours dear woman.
My heart goes out to the farmers and brave souls in Australia and a round of applause for you Cherry Pie for bringing this to the worlds attention. Maybe a letter to Willie Nelson to do an aid concert for these good people may be in order. Regardless I will check out the sight and my thoughts and prayers go out to you all.
Hadn't realized that things have been that bad for five long years Down Under, Ch'erie. I will certainly spread the word, and I truly hope Aussieland gets that much needed rain very soon.

LOL (At least, I HOPE not...LOL) Wish I could have God direct the rain there; Lord knows you need it bad!!!!! I wish I had the financial means to help y'all, as does Karla, but the best we can do is pray. I hope this raises the needed funds to help your nation.
