I never laughed at waterworld-actually I liked the movie tho the idea of a world in trouble is as old as time but for those of us who know how it will end(Revelation 21, 22) we know that despite our faults and the words we either write or use in our daily lives, we all like the old Larry Norman song
" I think we all should get ready"-lovely thoughts-Bless you

I went through years of school showing up at the very last moment. It's so easy to say, "We still have 500 years to do it. But really, starting now to prepare for salt free water system would seem a simple task, and we should count the numbers, the people, the animals, the plants who all need minerals in their water, but remembering the awful and undrinkable amounts of salt.

At what point does Man wake up
When the final curtain falls?

I used to wake up every day, filled with hope that mankind would finally 'wake up.' But I've seen far too many horrors in the last several years, that very few seem to care much about at all.

So these days, I've truly lost hope than mankind will finally 'wake up.' Now, I just try to enjoy my time left, and revel in nature wherever I can find it.

And although Waterworld was a little cheesy, I still watch it all the time, as I do Costner's also cheesy, but perhaps, prophetic - The Postman.

Didn't see the movie, Chezza, but know man is determined to kill off everything around him - the plants, the animals, the air, the water - guess he wants a lonely existance, with only the dust he came from as company. Sad - God must be so disappointed in us - for what we've done to His creation -
