Don't Wait for tomorrow
Tomorrow has come and gone,
The shadows are all around you
They'll fade away 'ere long.

Today is the NOW,
Tomorrow's the NEVER
Like yesterday was MAYBE
And someday is FOREVER.

Cast all dreams in the present
Like anyone can do
For who can say whatever
Twenty-four hours will do.

You know there was day,
There was a time
There was a year --
When I knew some like me
We were so deaf -
We would not hear.

So take heed of the moments
Too soon they multiply,
And many shall awaken
And find their lives gone by.
