In Venice We are in Venice Singing a song or two Unashamedly romantic Inviting the fiddler to our table. Is that Shylock, there on the Rialto? Our gondola passes under What seems a gateway, a portal. We've come to Venice And can say, with Marcel Proust, Our dream has become our home; A wonderful Doge's Palace.
