Well done and a well timed piece with the holiest of seasons upon us, for even though I am agnostic, I still believe in a higher power and this time of year always makes me feel closer to that power source.

I truly believe there is a power-dynamic that is activated when we actually ARTICULATE our words to God instead of just thinking them. Oh, I like this. I like the rawness of it . . . No sugar-coated candy or cinnamon-flavored poison to drink . . . Just the conversation and the realization that pain and suffering is a blessing in some ways . . . And when the burden seems to be much too great . . . A blessing is bestowed . . . which by its very nature makes you want to one-on-one with God . . . Great stuff!!!!!
There is something to be said about giving thanks in all things, good or bad, that goes beyond the understanding of many. Most truly do cry out to God when the pressures of life weigh heavy upon them. Sadly, though, when life is sweet and trouble free, many forget. A superb insight Anita beautifully done!
