Each morning I rise

A dead person

Dead to the past

Without beginning

All that has gone before

Is as it has never been

There is only this moment

This now

In which to be alive

In which to live

That next moment

Has yet to be

Therefore it contains neither

Life nor death

I desire not Life

Nor do I fear death

Neither exist

Separate to this Now

And Here Now

I am alive

Here Now

I am not the past

Here Now

I am not the future

There is none

Other than what I create

In This moment

In This Now

Therefore

Except for Living

In This Now

I am dead

And being dead

Am alive

To all this moment brings

The past cannot bind me

The future holds no fear

I am as I am

It is as it is

In death is life

In life is dying

Eternal

Healing

Empowering

I die each day

That I might live

And fully living

Be

The light
