Trust That the best way To keep hope in Tomorrow Is to believe Today Is exactly as is needed For You to Be We cannot relive the Past We cannot Prelive the Future We can release ourselves from the Past And prepare ourself for the Future But - It is only this Now This Moment In which One can truly Live Live it well With Joy Gratitude Acceptance For in a moment It becomes the Past To Regret or Appreciate The Choice is yours In this Now
