Poem Artwork

The crescent moon is on the rise,
As the waters recede at low tide,
When the warmth of evening gives away,
To the coolness of the night.

Stand with me here,
Hold my hand and please stay near,
And know in these precious moments,
That it is you who I hold dear.

Please gaze upon me,
And whisper into my ear,
Of the special memories that we have,
Made together throughout the years.

Stay with me now,
For my time is drawing near.
Stay close within my grasp,
As I pass on so free of fear.

A very beautiful and sensitively piece combining words with photograph to enhance the spirit of this tale. Nicely written...

Be safe,

Frank. Hope all's well. This has a certain finality to it, and the lines do not flow with the subtle rhymes and fluidity that I'd come to expect. I can only think you must be very ill. I hope all's well with you. --Charlie
