Picking up and holding For a little while A while lotus flower, The Buddha Sakyamuni Evoked an airy smile On the face of only one Of his many adherents Who thus illuminated The grand audience With a new Wordless teaching Also known as 'The silent awakening.' The image of tiny as immense and a smile as pure will eventually get us through. A small up-tick and time answer the patient and the modestly perceptive. Or so it seems to me.
