This may have been the sentiment that gave rise to America's First Revolutionary War! Our Congress should be careful about any actions they continue, that says to us, "Let them eat cake!"

I don't know about you, but I have never been "SERVICED" by the government...is that the kind of "servicing" that Clinton got while he was still in the Oval office...if so I will gladly take that kind of servicing, post haste but not in haste, its better slow and easy...e

While you rant, I'll sit idly (ideally?) by and watch the show knowing that it all amounts to nothing more than a hill of beans. Michael is right. But we should all hope for Mr. Roberts goes to Congress, or whatever the title of that idealistic movie was where Joe citizen served, but didn't service.

Let's use our petitions and votes to change the government back to something that serves the people, not the rich, and not the stupid manipulators and sociopaths that seem to populate political parties. Let's all back Independents who pledge to serve for two years at average pay for their working hours and required travel, and then leave office. Senators should give up their 6 years of immunity for two years as well.

FWIW the song you are referring to is the "Colonel Bogey March" Written in 1914 by Leftenant R.J. Ricketts, a Brit...See WIKIPEDIA...http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colonel_Bogey_March...I remember it being used in Comet commercials when I was a kid, and we had a similar ditty....
