A christians prayer

Lord I ask you to stay close by me every day to guide me on my way this is what I pray Don't ever let me stray or let me have my way or I will surely pay this is what I pray Keep the devil at bay and keep my spirit gay refresh me as I lay this is what I pray Help me witness today to tell of the true way for our sins you did pay this is what I pray Good gifts on us you spray There's no limit you say so shower me today this is what I pray Forgive my sins today for mercy is your way no wrong you do or say this is what I pray In me you will inlay the goodness of your way please work in me today this is what I pray When I am old and grey I hope my faith will stay right up to last day this is what I pray (c) Baz Busbe
