In times of depression or times of pain these type poems come out. I share with you all that is in me with words...........

She waits and wonder's

not really knowing

what tomorrow might bring

She doesn't worry though

because today her heart sings

Through the years

She often wondered

If there just might be more

If she would ever find a day

She would cry no more

If her heart would ever mend

If she could ever trust again

If she could walk from the mist

and learn to live again

Trials and pain

she had known her share

But had never known a love so fair

A love that reached deep within

or made her want to live again

She went through her life

day by day

Not even caring if she stayed

She was empty, depleted, tired

with out even the strength

to go on

There was no real deep purpose

Her smiles long since empty

No joy in her eyes

Her soul empty, lost, yearning

She had family and friends

that loved her so dear

But something in her heart was broke

and she could find no cheer

She didn't even really know

what she had lost

or even that there was

anything that she sought

She just knew that she

was in need

Not for more empty words

or promises

Or empty words of praise

But for one man that could honestly say

No matter what tomorrow brings

Be it together or apart

I love you

You have touched my heart
