Rise upon the air
Majestic allseeing
Creation of beauty
Winged Carrier of prayers
Bringer of Wisdom
Your very Being
A teacher of patience
Resilence and courage
When all others quiver
At the coming storms
You rise embrace and soar
Above all turmoil
Borne upon the challenges
That others flee and fear
You view the greater future
Touch gods upon your flight
Draw down the sun to be your chariot
Whilst warrior like
Amidst the silence and
The solitude of courage
You find your power and purpose
Beyond both man and beast
Soaring on unseen highways
Of wind Light and fire
You see more than any other
Percieving the Now
A movement on the ground
While simutaneously
Looking to the future
A distant land yet travelled
Being in the continuum
Of There Now
And elsewhere still
Bearing Ancient Wisdom
In your wings
Hope and faith
In your passage through time and space
Eagle
Teach me to soar above Life
To face each challenge
As a wind on which to rise
To view with eagle eye
All that is before me
And that which is yet beyond my view
That I may carry the vision
Always in my soul
As you carry by your existence
The promise
That we may touch the sun
Soar in the silence of eternity
Rise beyond the lesser things
And in our enlightened flight
