Just a fun poem. I don't really live there but who knows. The Wise Old Owl does need a place to live and retire.
Come visit with me, in my home in the trees. Where you can feel the fresh and gentle breeze.. The home that I love and feel at ease. The home that is home that brings me peace. To feel like a kid from the past. Looking down and having a blast. The feeling of living above the ground, and never regretting moving from town. A life amongths the trees for me and looking as far as my eyes can see. Safe from harm upon the ground and never having to look around. Safe in the trees in the forest my friends, is the home of the Wise Old Owl from AuthorsDen. Wondering and pondering what to write. The Wise Old Owl must say good day and good night. Sleeper by day and awake at night the Wise Old Owl is awake now ready to write. Inspired and happy by the life he leads, God has blessed the Wise Old Owl and his home in the trees. To be above all the hustle and bustle of life, away from town... sounds like it would be oh, so peaceful and quiet! I love the way you phrased your escape to the trees. An enjoyable, fanciful write, George. Keep writing, my friend.
